Sunlaws Development Company Limited is in the early stages of developing a Data Centre, situated on the Roxburghe Estate. The Proposed Development, referred to as the Southside Data Centre, is located approximately 2km south west of Longformacus and approximately 11km north west of the town of Duns in the Scottish Borders local authority.
The project team appreciate any feedback from the community and interested parties on our project. This form can be anonymous, but should you like a reply to a particular question, please provide your preferred contact details, and a member of the team will get back in touch as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.
Feedback form
All comments and feedback forms received will be reviewed and taken into consideration as the project evolves. It should be noted that any forms completed will be included in the Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) report that is required to be submitted with any future planning application.
Any comments made at this stage do not count as public representation to the planning authority, the Scottish Borders Council. There will be an opportunity to do so when an application is submitted to the planning authority, and at which time, members of the public and bodies of interest will be made aware of how to do so.
